工作職責(中英對照)：

1. 管理電話營銷團隊，開展信用卡、貸款等產品的電話營銷，對電話營銷業績指標負責；
2. 負責電話營銷團隊日常運營管理，帶領、激勵團隊成員達到業績目標；
3. 負責拓展電話營銷項目並組織實施，監測項目效果提出優化改善方案；
4. 負責制定團隊培訓計畫及組織實施培訓，提高團隊成員的營銷技能；
5. 負責電話營銷團隊建設，根據公司目標招聘人員，完善團隊組織架構、優化考核方案；
6. 負責制定、完善電話營銷團隊的業務操作流程，確保全面遵守與電話營銷有關的內部或外部監管要求；

1. Responsible for managing the telesales team, meeting sales KPI via selling credit card, loan products and etc.;
2. Responsible for the daily operation management of the telesales team, leading and motivating team members to reach the sales target;
3. Responsible for expanding telesales projects, organizing the execution, monitoring the performance and making plan for improvements;
4. Responsible for making team training plan and organizing the execution, in order to improve team members 'sales skills;
5. Responsible for team building, doing recruitment according to company’s objective, consummating team’s organizational structure and improving performance evaluation plan;
6. Responsible for making and improving business working flow of the telesales team to insure the business completely comply with related regulatory requirements from both internal and external parties.

任職要求 (中英對照)：

1. 中五以上學歷；
2. 5年以上銷售崗位相關工作經驗，至少3年為團隊負責人；
3. 熟悉信用卡、私人貸款等業務及相關監管法規政策；
4. 具有團隊領導能力和良好的溝通能力、協調能力；
5. 具有開拓精神和抗壓能力，有進取心；
6. 能操流利廣東話，及一般英語、普通話

1. Form 5 or above;
2. 5 years sales related working experience with at least 3 years experience as team leader;
3. Familiar with credit card, private loan products, etc. business and related regulation, law and policy;
4. With team-leading capability, excellent communication skill;                      
5. With pioneering spirit and ability to work under high-pressure;
6. Fluent Cantonese, general English and Mandarin.
