Responsibilities:

• Manage the B2B key accounts and execute the sales plans

• Explore and develop business through new customer acquisition and selling

• Deploy business objectives, strategies to project dealers and their sales teams

• With intimate knowledge of the specification process and be able to communicate with a wide range of construction professionals

• Established relationships with all the local consultants, contractors, architects and developers

• Initiate and follow through customer enquiry and complaint

• Manage credit control of all accounts to ensure compliance to agreed terms

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business or Engineering discipline

• 3-5 years solid professional selling experience in Building Services Industry / Lighting Fixture

• A proven track record of success developing the network specializing in LOCAL retrofit lighting project

• With technical background and good sales network among LOCAL property management companies, architects, contractors and project dealers will be advantage

• Good interpersonal & communication skills

• Hardworking, determined, initiative and able to work under pressure

• Good spoken & written English

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Project Sales Executive
