工作範圍：
1. 開發、維護海外及香港房產高端客戶，推廣公司服務；
2. 完成部門銷售目標（公司提供完善培訓）；
3. 積極配合、參加高端推廣活動，發掘潛在客戶；

入職要求：
1. 專上學院或以上程度；
2. 三年以上銷售經驗；
3. 性格外向、主動、表達能力佳，具有較強的溝通能力、交際技巧及親和力；
4. 具備良好的市場分析及判斷能力；
5. 有房地產、投資移民、金融行業工作經驗者優先；
6. 良好粵語、普通話、簡單英文。

Property Consultant

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain potential and high-end customers, handle promotion project;

2. Fulfill sales target;

3. Prepare with high-end channel activities, develop potential customers;

Requirements:

1. Diploma or above;

2. Over 3 years working experience in sales;

3. Good working attitude, active, responsible, self-motivated; with strong communication skills and social skills;

4. Good at market analysis and evaluation;

5. Experience in real estate, properties, investment immigration or finance industry is preferred;

6. Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and simple English;

7. With marketing experience or customer resources are preferred;
