工作职责：

• 處理信用卡相關的電話呼出和電話接聽;
• 為客戶提供優質的查詢及業務辦理服務;
• 處理客戶申請信息及文件補錄等工作。

Key Responsibilities:

• • To handle credit card inbound and outbound call;
• • Provide good customer service on handling customer requests/enquiries;
• • Follow missed information and documents for new applicants.

任职资格要求:

• 中五以上學歷;
• 粤语、英语、普通话流利;
• 有客服經驗者優先;
• 有良好的溝通能力;
• 進取心強,能獨立完成工作,具有團隊合作精神。

Requirements：

• • Form 5 or above ;
• • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
• • Collection or Customer Service experience is an advantage;
• • Good communication skills;
• • Self motivated, able to work independently and a good team player.
