Our client is one of the largest in the direct sales and marketing companies in the world.  In response to the rapid growth, they are looking for the Operations Manager to be part of their management team.

Role:

Responsible for the smooth and efficient management of all Service and Operations related areas. This includes compliance to local and regulatory requirements.
 

Job Description:          

• Operations

     o Ensuring continuous improvement of all operational processes to provide excellent operational support and services to all stakeholders.

     o Monitoring and work with the management team on the quality and the health of the operations.

• New Set-up (if any)

    o New Clients: Develop and implement the operations processes for new clients set up and ensuring smooth operations set up.

• Contracts and Compliance Policy

     o All existing and new requirements in Hong Kong are to be in compliance with local legal and regulatory requirements.

     o Properly document all policies, practices and processes.

What You Need To Know/Have 

• Degree in Business Studies or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in a service industry with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory capacity
• Work experience with financial institution on payment processing is an added advantage
• Good command in written and spoken English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio (medium to advanced level)
