Job Description
Mission
We are looking for a passionate candidate to join our Customer Service team with the mission of supporting the team around Hong Kongin order to provide the best service to our customers, which you are able to have the head to toe knowledge about Kering eyewear.
In a fast-paced, start-up environment, the candidate will work in conjunction with different departments here in Hong Kong and Head Quarter in Italy, playing an active role into Customer Service Supporting Project.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage order flow from order acquisition to order entry in compliance with agreed trade terms
- Monitoring sales order fill-rate & delivery status
- Managing goods returns in compliance with agreed trade terms
- Map interactions’ information according to standard operating procedures
- Participating to ad hoc sales-related activities
Ideal Candidate
- Personality : Detail oriented/Knows how to prioritize tasks/Good communication skills
- Languages skills: Fluent in English and Chinese
- IT skills: Full working proficiency for Excel/SAP user experience (preferred)
