Based in Hong Kong Global Headquarters office

 

Responsibilities:

  • Acts as the HR Business Partner for HK & Singapore organizations
  • Drive, implement and co-ordinate the full spectrum of HR activities for HK & SG organisations with an expected total workforce of approx. 50 employees (local and expatriates
  • Build up all facets of HR operating processes and platform to ensure delivery of high quality HR services under a fast developing and dynamic environment
  • Develop strong HR business partnerships and managing relationships with business leaders across the company which includes supporting, coaching and providing advice and HR business solutions to business leaders and  employees
  • Work closely with Global HR Leadership Team and other HR team members on a variety of subject matters and projects
  • Co-ordinate with HR functional experts and leverage their support in delivering sound services and solutions to internal clients   
  • Ensure all HR and administration processes are cost effective and efficiently carried out.
  • Conduct and administer new hires on-boarding and orientation process / program
  • Facilitate the Performance Management process
  • Roll out the annual merit review process and bonus programs administration
  • Prepare monthly payroll and ensure compliance with the local statutory requirements
  • Prepare monthly HR dashboard reports for Group consolidation
  • Coordinate training and development activities
  • Take up special projects / assignments

 

Requirements:

  • A good solid foundation of HR operational skills including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, employee relations, payroll (at least initially), employee life cycle management
  • Fast learner with development potential
  • Interpersonal savvy; Approachable & proactive personality  
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a cross-cultural environment
  • Agility in mentality and action
  • Ability to adapt to changes and rapidly evolving environment 
  • Enjoys setting up a HR platform from scratch
  • Bachelor degree (Or above) in any discipline
  • Good command of English & Mandarin
  • Computer literate (Excel and other usual applications)
