Job Description

Job Duties

  • General clerical duties, including filing, data input, photocopying, etc.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, provide clerical support to accounts department
  • Liaise and coordinate order processing with various parties internally and externally, including: shipping team, client, customs, etc;
  • Office support and arrange OA’s outdoor duties, such as document collection and delivery, bank payments etc.
  • Handling daily administrative works
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as required

Job Requirement

  • Diploma or above graduate
  • With at least 1 year experience in administrative work is preferred
  • Good knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Strong communication skill
  • Well-organized, able to work under pressure and work independently
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin 
  • Immediately available will be a definite advantage
