Job Description
Job Duties
- General clerical duties, including filing, data input, photocopying, etc.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, provide clerical support to accounts department
- Liaise and coordinate order processing with various parties internally and externally, including: shipping team, client, customs, etc;
- Office support and arrange OA’s outdoor duties, such as document collection and delivery, bank payments etc.
- Handling daily administrative works
- Assist in ad hoc projects as required
Job Requirement
- Diploma or above graduate
- With at least 1 year experience in administrative work is preferred
- Good knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
- Strong communication skill
- Well-organized, able to work under pressure and work independently
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Immediately available will be a definite advantage
