Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of administrative and marketing supports
• Day-to-day communications with suppliers and follow up orders
• Set up product and promotion information at point-of-sale and back-office systems
• Prepare regular reports, sales analysis and memo to stores
• Assist in invoice handing and A&P monitory
• Provide clerical support to management
• Take up ad hoc assignments from time-to-time

Requirements:

• DSE or above
• At least 5 years relevant working experience in marketing or administration
• Experience in supplier management and knowledge in point-of-sale and back-office systems are definite advantages
• Proficiency in Microsoft office including word, excel, power-point and Chinese word processing
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• Detail-minded, well-organized, numerically sensitive and able to deliver quality work
• Immediate availability is preferred
