Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the strong sales to manage the team
• Achieve sales targets and KPI
• Demonstrate strong commitment to service
• Manpower planning and allocation of operation
• Analyses and compile report of internal sales performance
• Maintain the highest standard of store environment as well as positive shopping experience for customers
• Assist in store events, buying, VM support and stock management

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years retail experience in structured “Luxury Fashion” is a must
• Strong leadership and people management skill
• Excellent communication and selling skills
• Customer service oriented and commercial mindset
• Willingness evolve in the organization
• Sentitive with figures
• Fluency proficiency in English, Mandarin and Chinese
