Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Client interface through regular meetings and/or communications to support account management activities.
- Be responsible of all operational aspect of the audit delivery. (ensure client onboarding, scheduling and timely delivery of audits and profile verification, etc)
- Ensure that adequate auditor is available and qualified for the delivery task.
- Ensure the information/data accuracy to support daily business operation/ management.
- File all related project documents in prescribed system/platform for proper record documentation & initiation of workflows / processes as appropriate .
- Liaise with the clients on program issues as needed.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints resolution.
- Provide monthly reports per requirements.
- Ensure invoicing activities are completed on time.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Manager.
Requirements:
- Secondary education graduate
- Over 2 years experiences in customer service
- Good communication skills (spoken & written)
- Office software proficiency
- Team work spirit
- Patient, detailed driven and responsible
- Customer focus mindset
- Certification related background is preferred
