Position:

We are looking for a detailed-minded individual with solid experience in customer service to join our team.

Key Duties:

• Provide high-quality support service to customers at our service-call center
• Handle customers’ enquiries via telephone, emails and live chat in a skillful and timely manner
• Perform data entry, checking and maintenance of our service databases
• Manage customers’ daily orders, and provide office support to the sales and marketing team
• Process daily sales and marketing documents
• Manage our customer logistics and delivery crew
• Work independently and assist the team in service improvement analysis and planning

Place of Employment:

• Office at the Hong Kong Science Park (Shatin District)

Requirements:

• Always perform duties cautiously and pay attention to details (Our company adopts the “Six Sigma ultra-low error rate system”)
• Must be familiar with MS Office software (Excel and Word)
• Good attitudes in phone communications
• Able to read and write in business Chinese and English
• Office hours 9am – 6pm (Monday to Friday), and 9am – 4pm (alternative Saturdays)
