Scope of Work:

• Build and maintain good relationship as well as providing personalized services for the segment of customers
• Consolidate customer feedback and the latest cross border market trend to assist in product development
• Assist the team head in providing coaching to Sales team.
• Participate in offsite events and travel occasionally subject to business needs to build rapport and strengthen customer relationship
• Manage operational risk and observe the relevant policies/guidelines and compliance requirements

Requirement:

• University degree in a related discipline is preferred
• Possesses 3 years of sales and dealing experience in securities field
• SFC licensed person with Type 1 and/ or Type 2
• Well versed in market dynamics in Mainland China and have experience in dealing with Mainland customers
• Strong sales and customer orientation, with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong self-motivation and the ability to work under pressure
• Fluency in Putonghua and Chinese; proficiency in English an advantage
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
• Willing travel to China frequently
