Key Accountabilities:

• Report to Business Manager and lead the new venture (including pre & post development)
• Act as the key contact point to communicate externally with customers, and internally with different departments
• Work with the team to ensure the development is on track to pre-defined objectives
• To plan, monitor, control, and report the work progress
• To communicate and liaise with clients the project development
• To collect and communicate with accurate and timely reports such as sales forecast, stock status
• Collect the actual order from customer and monitor the status from shipment to payment
• Collect and share the shipping documents to the customers
• Follow up the phone call and email with the customers all the enquiries related to the projects
• Follow up the issues from the customers about the quality and shipping etc
• Follow up all the ad hoc topics, admin documents and setup data to system

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Key Account experience within FMCG industries 
• Solid project development experience
• Ability to work independently with the key accounts of the Company
• Detail minded, proactive, forward thinking and ability to adapt to changes easily
• Able to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• University Graduate
• PC skill and basic software application on MS Office
