Job Description
The Job
- Supervise a team of Lab Assistant and monitor the work progress to meet clients’ expectation
- Provide on-the-job training & technical advice to subordinates & answer customers’ enquiries
- Maintain a safe working environment to ensure a smooth workflow in the laboratory
- Warehouse management with goods in/out & recycling arrangement
- Prepare reports, daily results consolidation, daily work assignment, SOP documentation
The Person
- Degree holderin Sciences, Electrical or Statistics related disciplines
- Minimum 4 years’ experience with at least 1 year in supervisory level, laboratory experience is preferred but not essential
- Independent, detail-minded with good communication &interpersonal skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
- Skillful with MS Office such as Excel/ACCESS and other statistical software
