Job Description
Job requirement
- With knowledge of Protein chemistry techniques (SDS-PAGE, Western-Blot, ELISA, BCA assay etc.)
- Performed protein microarray
- With experience on Immunoassay development
- Product formulation
- Establish and conduct stability tests
- Knowing statistical analysis of data using MS Excel and SPSS will be an advantage
- Knowledge about biomarker is preferred
- With experience on immunoturbidimetric and immunochemiluminescene assays is an advantage
- Familiar with buffer/ solution for antibodies and antigens
Job description
- Develop immunoassay
- Prepare buffers and solutions
- Research and develop immunoassay-based IVD test panel and point-of-care test
- Establish manufacturing processes for test panel
- Perform stability tests of products
- Perform maintenance of equipment and calibration of instruments
- Perform microarray ELISA for autoantibody screening
