Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Supervise interior fit-out projects from initiation to completion
- Site works coordination, preparation of quotation and budget monitoring, project scheduling, coordination with sub-contractors, vendors and consultants
- Liaising with clients/customers, contractors and landlords
Qualifications :
- Diploma / Certificate in Interior/building studies or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years working experience in fit-out works, furniture production for both commercial and residential projects
- Experience in design, drawings and fitting out works processing
- Planning and scheduling, site coordination and contract administration. Prior experience in retail industry is will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently under tight schedule and pressure
- Good command in written & spoken English / Cantonese. (Mandarin will be an advantage)
- Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Microsoft office
- Able to travel upon request
- Immediate available is preferred
