Responsibilities:

• Responsible for project tendering, budgeting, costs estimation, procurement 
• Monitoring for the project costs
• Coordination with consultants, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers   
• Working Location: Admiralty Head Office / Sites 

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or any related discipline
• At least 2 years relevant working experience in QS / costs estimation / tendering / procurement is preferred
• In addition to the Builders works, experience in Building Services QS is preferred  
• Good coordination and interpersonal skills;
• Well organized; detail oriented; can work under pressure and independently with minimal supervision;
• Proficiency in PC operations 
• Good command in written Chinese and English;
• More experience will be considered for the post of Senior Quantity Surveyor
