Job Responsibilities:

• Daily Reporting and coordination with clients and subcontractors
• Selection of materials and equipments regarding specification requirement
• Supervising of design works
• Coordination of required design and submission
• Tendering and payment application
• Assistant of monitoring of projects
• Prepare all construction documents, i.e. method statement, government submission, etc.

Jobs Requirements:

Education

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering / Building Studies / Building Survey

Professional Membership

• HKIE member

Work Experiences

• Minimum 4 years of relative experiences in Civil or Building Construction
• With 3 years experiences in supervision of personnel

Works Related Requirements

• Able to coordinate multi-projects
• Willing to travel within Hong Kong and Shenzhen
