Job Description
The incumbent is responsible for performing air operations role including data entry, filing, scanning and preparing full set shipping documents.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with customers on shipment arrangement according to the customers’ instruction
- Communicate with oversea office for shipment arrangement to ensure shipments handling properly and efficiently
- Invoicing to customers and inter-companies in compliance with the company guideline and rule
- Handling airfreight Import or Export documents
Requirements:
- Certificate / Diploma holder
- 1-2 years working experience in airfreight operations
- Computer literate. Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Word
- Working location: Chek Lap Kok or Tsing Yi
