The incumbent will be responsible to support the Regional Manager for TPAC airfreight product development.

 Responsibilities:

• Handle ad-hoc airfreight charter enquiries, which includes procurement from airline carriers & quotations to Company branches
• Management of charter flights from booking to post flight report
• Handle specific client spot airfreight shipment enquiries which includes collection of pricing from different stations & quotation to client
• Manage spot airfreight shipment from cargo handover to delivery to consignee
• Support TPAC Regional Airfreight Management in analyzing RFQs and preparing the reponse
• Monitor TPAC Tradelane Development for APAC Region
• Coordinate and supervise entire pricing process and meet all timeline
• Communicate with different parties to obtain complete and accurate information for pricing
• Analysis of potentiality and nature of incoming RFQs & charter requests as per rules
• Support in preparation of pricing related analysis and statistical report
• Provide solutions and pricing tools to support tradelane & charter development
• Conducting various researches related to airfreight product development and market development

 Requirements: 

• Degree holder or above,
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the airfreight
• Good knowledge in airfreight
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Strongly proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Working location: Tsing Yi
