Responsibility:

• Monitor daily shipments  from warehouse processing, shipment in-transit till delivery.
• Co-ordinate with oversea warehouses, shipping and transportation teams to expedite shipment delivery.
• Handle exceptional shipment requests from customer.
• Provide customer services support to customer.
• Support on critical shipment coordination.
• Ensure team service levels are duly met.
• Other ad-hoc project as assigned.

Requirements:

• Holder of higher diploma or above.
• 3-4 years experiences in logistics operation.
• Strong analytical skill and attention to details. 
• Flexible, proactive, committed to work and able to work independently.
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Mandarin.
• Experiences with SAP would be an advantage.

Candidate with less experiences would be considered as Control Tower Officer.
