Responsibility :

• Handle air import documents, e.g. delivery order/ invoice
• Data entry & Filing
• Contact window for worldwide customers in air shipment arrangement.
• Respond to enquiries from clients about service products& import problems.
• Monitor and updating shipment status
• Contact consignee for cargo delivery\ releasing arrangement
• Lodge import declaration
• Receive pre-alert

Requirements :

• F.5 graduated with Chinese & English passed in HKCEE/DSE
• 1 year working experience in airfreight operation
• Good typing skill and can work overtimes
• Proficient in PC knowledge
• Shift duties required (day and night)
• Able to work under pressure
• Working location: Chek Lap Kok or Tsuen Wan
• Candidates with more experience will be considered to take up a supervisor position.
