Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage shipping operations, picking, packing and shipping of goods
- Issuing packing list, commercial invoices, and shipping documents
- Coordinate pick-up and delivery to customers in Asia Pacific area
- Reception of goods from factories and global warehouse, cross checking information and receive goods in the ERP system
- Lead the daily operations of warehouse to achieve goals of quality, productivity and service level
- Collaborate with internal/external parties to achieve process improvement
- Manpower planning and forecasting for warehouse operations if needs of temporary worker additions
- Set-up guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures for continuous improvement in operation efficiency
- Plan and forecast required packing materials, boxes, special wrap…
- Organise inventory control to support Company's daily business
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to manage priorities and short-term variations in demand and future development
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the stock flow accuracy
- Provide regular performance and inventory reports and handle ad-hoc projects
- Organise warehouse space in an efficient manner

Requirements
- 5 years’ experience in warehouse management
- Fluent written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Experience in a consumer goods, accessories, eyewear environment will be an advantage
- Strong user skills on CRM software, Sage, File Maker or equivalent
- Proactive and problem-solving personality, ability to see process bottle necks and suggest solutions
- Able to deliver all assignments in a timely manner
- Team worker. Daily contacts with Customer Service Representative, find ways to work together to deliver monthly sales goals
- Listening skills. Able to listen carefully and understand a customer’s situation and special requirements to identify its needs clearly and address them in an efficient manner
- Patience. Workers should be patient and polite, especially when interacting with high intensity period of sales
- Problem-solving skills. Representatives must determine solutions to a customer’s problem. Providing solutions instead of just pointing out the problem
- Results oriented. Feel part of the team and focus on achieving Brando’s sales targets as well and customer satisfaction.
