Job Description
Responsibilities:

Record the courier tracking number of original shipping documents from suppliers

Check and verify the copy of shipping documents

Manage the logistics data and create accurate record in the internal ERP system to meet the Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Report the exceptional cases to the supervisor
Requirements:
- Tertiary education or equivalent specialized in Logistics/Shipping/Supply Chain Management
- Detail-minded, self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility
- Flexible to adapt to new IT-systems and processes
- Proficient in MS Office applications especially in Excel and Outlook.
- Good command of both spoken & written English & Chinese
- Able to work independently and in a team as well
- Immediate available is preferable
