Responsibilities:

• Tender follow up
• Assist on RFQ / Tender requests
• Update rate database as well as bid templates
• Ensure accurate and quality input and timely response
• Update and maintain monthly tender data records and follow up on progress of submitted tenders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not compulsory; fresh graduates are welcome
• Experience in Tender Management preferred but not essential
• Proficient in MS-Office and Outlook
• Detailed-oriented, well-organized, good team-player
• Willing to learn and able to work under pressure
• Fluent in both oral and written English. Knowledge in Mandarin is an added advantage

On-the-job training will be provided.
