A US Air Freight leading company is seeking for Air Freight Customer Service for Regional office at Hong Kong

Responsibilities

• Handle daily incoming air export booking
• Verifying shipping document (e.g.: shipping invoice, packing list)
• Liaise with local/overseas customer
• Liaise with offshore office
• Provide flight details to customer timely
• Prepare shipment report for customer when necessary
• Update IT system

Requirements

• Form 5 or above
• 3 years related working experience in logistics industry
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented, self-motivated, able to work under pressure & willing to work overtime when required
• Excellent service manner, patience and problem-solving skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
