Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Order Processing on timely manner
- Communicate with customers on delivery or collection
- Prepare regular reports
- Handle inquiry and follow up any issues on delivery
- Support on ad hoc or other jobs assigned by superior
Requirements:
- F.5 or above
- At least 2 years solid experience in order processing
- Detailed mind and good telephone manner
- Pleasant and good interpersonal skill
- Experienced in SAP system preferred
- Excel, Word and Chinese word processing
- Good verbal and written English and Mandarin
