The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring full utilization of vessels at all times, effective coordination with the Line Management, Commercial and Operations teams in ANL so to ensure that instructions are carried out.

Responsibilities:

• Manage allocations and cargo volumes;
• Collect and monitor the information from agents and master on board;
• Evaluate and analyze the ports and vessels operations performance;
• Implement action involving agents such as dispatch of allocations;
• Handle of the complete tender process and follow up the accounts related issues;
• Build cargo flow reports and support cargo flow team on daily basis;
• Any other ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Tertiary education or above in Logistics Management/Business Administration;
• 3-5 years solid working experience preferably in the Liner / Forwarder / Container Shipping Industry;
• Hands-on MS Office applications knowledge;
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
