Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Collect order and communicate with our regional markets (i.e. customers)
- Keep track on the whole process to ensure on time delivery and commitment to customers;
- Provide professional and customer-oriented advice on selection of products with alertness on the key activities, events and holidays in the designated markets;
- Negotiate with vendors and internal teams for FTA and other related issues;
- Facilitate the fulfillment of the documents required for each country’s regulations and compliance;
- Conduct analysis and prepare monthly report on key check points such lead time between SMS and In-store date and KPI;
- Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements
- Degree in logistics, Supply Chain or Business related discipline;
- 6+ years of relevant experience, preferably from textile/ fashion industries;
- Strong customer-oriented mindset with patient manner;
- A good team player with sound interpersonal and communication skills, with external & internal parties;
- Good analytical skills in figures & process with strong sense of urgency & logical thinking;
- Can work independently with positive altitude and good problem solving skills;
- Proficient in MS office (especially Excel & PowerPoint) with good knowledge of ERP a plus;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
