Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder or higher in manufacturing/industrial Engineering
• Candidate with 10-15 year experience in OEM/ODM plastic toys manufacturing
• Station in Shenzhen, frequent travel to Huizhou factory & HK office
• A team leader, excellent communication & interpersonal skill
• Solid project development management (costing, prototyping, mold making & pre-production run)
• Strong CAD/CAM, Pro E drafting a must
• Solidworks and Zbrush experience an advantage
• Mechatronics & production automation experience an asset

Job areas:

• Costing --- cost breakdown of new products and, maintain costing system accuracy
• BOM structure --- identify, update & review all BOM regularly 
• Prototyping --- oversee prototype production, monitor structural & functional issues,design assembly plan in early development stage
• Tooling management --- oversee tool design, schedule & sub-contracting management
• Pre-production --- scheduling and coordination with factory

Responsibilities:

• Establish, manage & maintain a reliable costing control system
• Manage & monitor BOM details to ensure accuracy & transparency
• Lead a team of engineers to provide solid analytical & technical support 
• Maintain good rapport with designers in product development
• Manage mold making cost & scheduling, provide technical advice & solution
• Maintain tight & lean schedule in development timeline to ensure products are released timely for production.
• Develop & sustain a progressive & forward thinking protocol for development team
