RESPONSIBILITIES

• Shipment bookings & documentation to meet FOB deadlines.
• Prepare export shipping documents.
• Communicate with freight forwarders and factory shipping departments.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience working in shipping and logistics in a trading company environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Computer knowledge, especially using Microsoft Office Excel.
  

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

An excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin is mandatory to facilitate regular updates between Hong Kong, China and our International office personnel.

SALARY RANGE HKD20,000 – HKD22,000 / Month
