Job Description

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the whole shipping process including sample dispatch, import/export declaration.
- Coordinate with external logistics partners for shipping related arrangement.
- Communicate with customers on invoicing and follow up on related shipping documentation independently.
- Prepare logistics reports and market update.
- Handle shipping related documents and follow through with the standard procedures, such as the opening of the Letter of Credit (L/C), import/ export document.
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience
Required Skills and Experience
- Form 5 graduate or above.
- 5 years’ experience in the related industry
- Experience in trading or forwarder company is preferred.
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Shipping Coordinator.
Preferred Attributes
- Proficiency in MS Exchange, MS words and Excel.
- Language skills in English and Cantonese (written and spoken)
