Responsibilities

• Handle and follow up customers inquiries and shipment booking;
• Collaborate closely with operations to deliver quality services on shipments; 
• Coordinate with overseas agents regarding cargo status of outbound shipment;
• Ensure compliance to regulations, SOP, and custom requirements;
• Input/update data in operating system timely and accurately;

Requirements

• DSE/ F5 with 0-1 year of relevant working experiences in freight forwarding 
• Customer-focus, resourceful and self-motivated; 
• Good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• PC Literate in MS Office (Words/Excel)
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
