Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or university degree holder in Supply Chain, Logistics or related discipline;
• Minimum 3 years’ logistics experience, preferably gained from sizeable or multinational organization;
• Demonstrated experience in coordinating the ordering of parts, order follow-ups and monitoring inventory level;
• Proven experience in working with suppliers, forwarders and 3PL logistics providers and carriers;
• Experienced in handling full set of import and export documents, Tradelink customs clearance;
• Hands-on exposure in arranging on-time export shipments and deliveries;
• Proven skills in using SAP system, especially in billing and WMS;
• Good people and communication skills to build and maintain best relationship with internal and external customers;
• Experienced in preparing regular reports and performing KPI reviews;
• Relevant exposure in handling parts/components a strong advantage;
• A good team player;
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
