Job Requirements
- Form 5 graduate with Diploma holder
- 4 years working experience in full set of shipping documents
- Previous experience in L/C documents with trading background
- Computer knowledge in using MS Word, Excel and Chinese WP
- Well-organized, cheerful, energetic with good interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken & written English and Mandarin
- Immediate available is highly desired
Job Responsibilities
- Handle shipment and order coordination with customers and China factory
- Support on daily shipping operation and full set of I/E shipping documents
- Responsible for preparing sales documents and handling L/C documents
- Update the shipment schedules and delivery information in the system
