Responsibilities

• Monitor Inbound schedule, work with difference internal department for shipping arrangement
• Assist monitor 3PL on the daily warehouse operation to ensure running smoothly
• Familiar in use of tradlink application for IN/EX customs declaration 
• Verification of import shipping documentation, daily report, discrepancy report
• Timely update shipping details and internal record in company EDI system
• Create & follow up the purchase order and monitor the safety stock level of consumable package materials  
• Assist in preparation of statistical and KPI report and analysis
• Handle ad-hoc duties as required

Requirement

• Higher diploma / above in Logistics and Supply Chain or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in a MNC trading / Manufacture / 3PL
• Knowledge in ERP / SAP WMS system will be an added advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Good interpersonal, communication and organization skills
• Good PC operation knowledge, e.g. MS Excel (V-lookup), Word, Power point & Outlook
• Detail oriented, proactive and be a good team player
• Able to work under pressure
• Immediate available is highly preferred
