Responsibilities:

• Drive & monitor manpower and warehouse space utilization always achieve / above company’s standard.
• Ensure all inventory transactions are properly recorded and maintained in warehouse management system (WMS) in timely manner.
• Closely monitor the productivities & performances of operation teams.
• Ensure logistics operations always achieve / above KPI & company targets.
• Review internal SOP, develop strategies, policies, guidelines and procedures to improve operational efficiency and streamline daily operation flow.
• Implement and execute logistics strategies, include forecast on budget and cost control.
• Review & analysis daily operational reports and make continuous improvement plans.
• Responsible for the daily communication and job coordination among office team, warehouse team, trucking team, clients and vendors on operating issues.
• Monitor cost-effectiveness and efficiency in regard to the movement and storage of goods.
• Assist Logistics Manager in directing and controlling the warehouse activities.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned by the management.

Requirements: 

• Best to have Higher Diploma/Degree holder in Supply Chain/Logistics or equivenlant education background;
• 5 years of solid work experience in managing warehouse, preferably with exposure in E-Commerce industry;
• Good communication, interpersonal, planning, organization and negotiation skills;
• Proactive, hard working and ability to work under pressure;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin;
• Leadership, Customer-oriented, self-motivated, able to work under pressure & willing to work overtime when required;
• Excellent service manner, patience and problem-solving skills;
