Responsibilities

• Handle full set I/E application
• Lodge import and export customs declaration
• Work with freight forwarders and assist in coordinating shipment issues
• Perform general clerical duties
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Manager
• Less experience will be considered as Junior Shipping Clerk

Qualification and Experience

• Form 5 or above
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Independent, well organized, attention to details
• Good communication skills and willing to learn at a quick pace
