Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and update company’s pilot database
- License conversion
- Responsible on pre-screening and application process
- Assist foreign pilot(s) obtaining working visa or resident permit
- Maintain and monitor of pilots’ credentials
- Organize and maintain a filing system for pilot’s credentials and document
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Aviation or equivalent
- 5 years of working experience as an aircrew licencing support or similar role in aviation industry
- Responsible, self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with others
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
