A full-time position is available in our company's small HK factory in Tsuen Wan (close to Tsuen Wan West MTR) to manage logistics (and customer service) matters.  This position requires someone who can work independently with prior experience in dealing with logistics matters of goods going to overseas markets primarily in the Asia Pacific region.  We are HK-based with operations and facilities primarily in Guangzhou and we are now expanding our business activities to the rest of AP.  Our company products are food flavors and non food fragrances and we are into B2B.  Office is very small so the incumbent shall also need to support in administrative matters when necessary.

Job description

- liaise with Guangzhou factory with logistics related matters to overseas clients

- handle & liaise with forwarders for outgoing shipments to clients in Asia Pacific

- handle customer service matters such as order shipment follow ups plus general matters like sample requests & purchase orders

- deal with ad hoc matters assigned by Business Director in HK

- help to maintain small office in a tidy matter

- manage administrative matters if needed

Job requirements

- able to work independently

- hands on experience in dealing with IE documents &/or forwarding companies

- pro-active in solving problems especially on shipment arrangement and planning

- good level of written and oral skills in English

- Form 6 and above in education

- 3 years and above with experience in managing logistics matters with overseas clients

- candidate with experience dealing with DG goods is a plus

- good knowledge of computer use (such as powerpoint, Chinese keyboard, words and excel would be ideal)

Salary & benefits

- $ 18-20K per month plus 13th month pay

- 10 days annual leave
