QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• At least  Form 6 or above.
• At least  5 years working experience field is necessary.
• Carry out all necessary tasks involving preparing invoices, packing list and shipping documents etc.
• Strong liaison skills with suppliers and customers as well as internal communication.                       
• Familiar with shipping procedure for Big Brands, e.g. Walmart, Target, and Carrefour is preferable (Pleae mention in resume)
• Able to handle full set of  I/E Shipping documents independently and knowledge of  L/C is a must.
• Immediate availability is preferable.
