Job description

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Customer Service Co-ordinator responsibilities will include:

 n  Assist to Operations Manager on daily operations

n  Handle sea freight / air freight / Logistics operations process

n  Perform cargo planning and work instruction of our clients including accurate reporting and billing

n  Maintain close communication and coordinate with clients / overseas agents / carriers / warehouse; customer database to ensure smooth running of the process.

n  Follow up overseas routing orders and bookings from clients

n  Special ad hoc projects

Qualifications and Experience

A self-motivated individual, you will ideally demonstrate:

n   2 years working experience in Freight forwarding / Logistics Industry with experience in ocean freight shipping arrangement process (FCL & LCL & Buyer consolidation), knowledge in air freight an advantage.

n   Familiar with Origin Cargo Management / PO Management would be an advantage

n   Good communication skills, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility and good customer service attitude.

n   Able to work independently, responsible and hardworking

n   Well-organized and willing to learn, able to work under pressure

n   Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English in both written and conversational

n   A good team player and attentive to details

n   Immediate available is highly preferred
