Job Responsibilities:

• Establish Country project plans, validating the availability of country resources and time constraints respecting the given corporate and regional constraints;
• Responsible for the execution of the assigned projects according to the defined project SAP TM roll-out methodology;
• Coordinates and facilitates the delivery of the different work streams ensuring that all tasks, milestones and deliverables are on time and according to project plan;
• Track the performance of the project against the project plan and the benefits baseline to identify corrective actions and escalate and raise issues as needed;
• Mobilize Regional/Corporate and Country resources and manage resource constraints during the roll-out;
• Establish project governance and team communication along the Corporate/Regional governance guidelines;
• Manage project risks and issues by defining necessary mitigation or corrective actions;
• Ensure that project documentation is complete and up to date and accessible for the project team;
• Ensure regional and global alignment, support and commitment for the rollout.

 Job Requirements:

• Degree or professional qualifications in business administration, project management or related discipline; Certification in project management is desirable;
• At least 5 years of project management experience in freight forwarding industry;
• Successful history in leading complex rollout projects in an international environment, specifically with business applications such as SAP;
• Experience with organizational change effort both business transformational and technological;
• Thorough understanding of project requirements, project delivery processes, success factors and implementation guidelines;
• Strong communication and presentation skills and analytical skills and the ability to combine and process large amounts of information;
• Fluent in written and spoken English, knowledge of any other APAC languages is a plus;
• Profound knowledge of MS-Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook);
• Knowledge of Project management software (MS Project), MS Share point and other related applications is an advantage;
• Able to work under pressure; willing to work remotely and to travel extensively (up to 75% during peak periods).
