Scope of Responsibilities:

• Through implementation of windows and marketing and impact of mannequin styling to react to business needs by frequently references in stores sales reports;
• Deliver visual merchandising guidelines;
• Provide store team with latest and relevant product knowledge;
• Take ownership in maintaining store presentation standards, e.g. sizing and folding;
• Accurately conduct markdowns, shipment and replenishment in a timely manner;
• May need to assist sales team to deliver customer services.

Candidate Specifications:

• Relevant experience in fashion industry is preferred;
• Strong merchandising skills that can support high volume multi-level store;
• Demonstrate creative skills in mannequin styling and visual understanding of layout interpretation and fixture placement;
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver to deadlines;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written;
• Work as a team player;
• Positive; action oriented, reacts to visual directives proactively;
• Willing to station in front line store and working in shift duty;
• MUST BE ABLE TO ATTEND A7 (7 am) SHIFT and minimum of 4 Overnight shifts will be required per month (when required);
• Ability to work a flexible schedule - Able to work on both weekdays and weekends.
• Good command in both English and Chinese
