The Job:

• Provide 1st/2nd level support to users on any computer hardware/software/applications needs and to ensure daily IT operation is up and running.
• Provide effective IT solutions to users. Identify root cause to problems. Maintain track record of reported incidents and provide regular updates to users.
• Work closely with vendors and Global IT Team to monitor systems, network and security infrastructure to ensure compliance with the corporate standards.
• Make recommendations on continuous process improvement.  Work closely with Global IT Team in various projects’ planning, users testing, rollout & implementation.
• Handle procurement management and administration of IT hardware/software.
• Maintain updated IT database / documentation / software license record.
• Support on Wi-Fi and Mobile phone (i.e. Blackberry, Android, ios, etc).
• Assist in developing internal IT policies and procedures. Prepare user guide or training material when required.
• Perform ad-hoc projects when required.



The Person:

• Higher Diploma in Computer Science/Information System Management, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years solid experience in IT users support and working with overseas IT team preferred.  Prior experience in IT project management is desired.
• Solid Support Skills in Windows XP, Windows 7, Office 2010; PC, networking; Experience in server support a plus.
• Candidate with MCSE, MCITP, CCNA certification an added advantage.
• Experience in Microsoft AD setup an added advantage.
• Good technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, desktop software and hardware; ability to perform necessary installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge in IPhone/IPad/Blackberry/Android technologies.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Responsive and action-oriented.  Ability to deliver under high work pressure and on a tight schedule.
• Good interpersonal, communication & presentation skills.
• Positive and can-do attitude.  Attention to details. Exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to identify issues and resolve problems quickly using sound judgment and diplomacy.
• Strong sense of responsibility; ability to work independently and multi-tasking.
• Immediate available is preferred
