Job Purpose

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, the Financial Analyst will look after the business financial reporting and commercial support.

Position Responsibilities

• Support standard reporting, budgeting, forecasting
• Perform revenue analysis, cost of services and prepare consolidation reports on a regional level based on countries
• Prepare regular financial analysis reports
• Perform business performance analysis and explain findings
• Coordinate with business departments about budget and target of Hong Kong as per Group policy and management requirement
• Collaborate with Management and business departments by providing financial analysis support in order to assist the business running efficiently and profitably
• Keep monitoring the business performance from time to time and alert management if the performance out of the track
• Conduct yearly financial review and provide information to management and HR in order to perform business appraisal
• Other assignments from Finance Manager

Education & Experience

• Bachelor Degree with major in Accounting or Finance
• At least 3 years’ relevant working experience in sizable company
• Experience in setting up and/or migrating accounting system would be an advantage
• Proficient in standard office software, including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Experience in using accounting software AccPac/Sage is much preferred
• Excellent analytical capability and business acumen
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and across functional groups
• Accuracy of reported results within tight deadlines
