Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial planning and analysis reports and detailed review of financial performance
• Organize strategically, and execute effectively relevant group reporting duties
• Streamline and expedite regional and local processes for accurate and sound predictions on budgeting and forecast
• Act as regional hub working closely with Shared Services Centre (Workday) and local finance teams
• Manage transformation initiatives assigned

Requirements

• University degree or above in Accounting/Finance, with recognized professional accounting qualifications (HKICPA, ACCA, CFA, etc.) or equivalent  
• At least 3 years’ working experience in similar capacity, preferably from Big 4 or real estate professional firm
• Solid expertise in Hyperion (Planning & Consolidation), Essbase and Smartview is a must
• Hands-on experience in operating Workday and customization of OLAP / SQL linked analytics is an advantage
• Familiar with US GAAP and China accounting standards
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese (Cantonese) and Mandarin
