Responsibilities:

• Report to Operations Audit Manager;
• Formulate the methods and strategies for system/operations review;
• Planning and organizing internal audit for the company;
• To assist and review the operational procedure and guideline for each department;
• Plan and organize relevant staff training;
• To assist management to propose operational improvement and improvement programs for continuous transformation of the company;
• Work with department in preparation of operational manuals and work guidelines;
• Liaise with external certification body for ISO and relevant standard certification;
• Handling internal and external complaint.

Requirement:

• Higher diploma or above, with recognized internal auditor certificate will be an advantage;
• 2 years relevant working experience with at least 1 years in supervisor level, experience in audit work is not a must but highly preferable;
• Can work under pressure and independently;
• Proactive with good analytical and organizational skills, good communication and negotiation technique;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Supervisor.

Working hours Mon – Fri : 8:30 am – 6:00pm, alternate Sat : 8:30am – 5:30pm
