Our client is a leading trading firm with over 20 years of successful growth. They are looking for a Finance Manager to join their growing team.

Position Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Group Financial Controller
• Lead a team of 6 staff to carry out budgeting and forecasting, month-end closing and management reports
• Act as a business partner to highlight the findings of the reports and make recommendations to improve financial performance
• Perform Inventory control 
• Monitor the ageing of the inventory and establish internal policies to streamline and standardize the inventory control procedures
• Ensure the audit standard and procedures comply with accounting standards and company policies
• Assist in ad-hoc projects

Position Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance or related disciplines
• Qualified accountant with at least 8 years of working experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of internal control
• Good coordination, planning and executive capability
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
